HYDROCONTROL V

HydroControl V is a double regulating valve designed for static hydronic balancing in closed heating and cooling pipe systems. It provides accurate flow regulation, shutoff, flow measurement, and system filling, draining, and venting through its integrated HydroPort auxiliary valves. Its high-flow, Y-pattern design and easy-to-access top-mounted functions allow for simple sizing, reliable presetting, and quick, safe system operation.

HYDROCONTROL VTS / VFS

HydroControl VTS/VFS is a stainless steel double regulating and shutoff valve designed for reliable hydraulic balancing in closed heating and cooling systems. Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications, it offers durable performance and is available in a wide range of nominal sizes from DN 15 to DN 300, with larger sizes up to DN 600 available on request. The CF8M stainless steel version is also suitable for marine environments, while bronze HydroControl valves are recommended for seawater applications.

HYDROCONTROL VFC/VFR/VFN

HydroControl VFC/VFR/VFN is a flanged double regulating and commissioning valve designed for static hydronic balancing in closed heating and cooling systems. It provides accurate flow regulation, reliable presetting, pipeline shutoff, and flow measurement, with optional filling, bleeding, draining, and differential pressure regulator connections. Available up to DN 400 with various flange standards and durable cast iron, nodular cast iron, or bronze construction, it offers a versatile solution for efficient and precise hydronic system balancing.

HYDROCONTROL VGC

HydroControl VGC is a double regulating and commissioning valve designed to achieve precise hydronic balancing in central heating and cooling systems. It allows accurate flow and pressure loss adjustment through an infinitely adjustable presetting with a memory position, while dual scales ensure easy setting and reading. Integrated threaded pressure test ports also enable differential pressure measurement for efficient system commissioning and balancing.

METERING STATIONS

Oventrop metering stations are installed in the supply or return pipelines of hot water central heating and cooling systems to enable precise hydronic balancing between circuits via differential pressure measurement. Designed for straightforward operation, they can be mounted upstream or downstream of double regulating, shutoff, or butterfly valves, or tightly coupled directly with Oventrop valves to form a complete assembly. System balancing is achieved by adjusting the regulating valve during pressure loss measurements at the station, allowing flow rates to be read directly and independently of valve presetting adjustments—especially when paired with the Oventrop OV-DMC 3 measuring system, which stores the unit's flow characteristic curves. These metering stations are equipped with Classic measuring valves and are available in both threaded and intermediate flange configurations.
