Thermostatic Valve List

Brawa Mix Thermostatic Mixing Valve

The Oventrop “Brawa-Mix” thermostatic mixing valve provides stepless manual control over domestic mixed water temperatures to optimize energy efficiency, while fully conforming to BS EN 1111 and NHS Estates Model Engineering Specification D 08 standards as an NSF-certified, WRAS-approved Type 3 valve. Engineered for both high-pressure (1.0–5.0 bar dynamic) and low-pressure (0.2–1.0 bar dynamic) installations across bidets (max 38 °C), showers (max 41 °C), and washbasins (max 41 °C), it features a factory setting of 41 °C, a mixing range from 30 °C to 46 °C, and temperature stability within ±2 °C. Built to withstand static pressures up to 10 bar and hot water inlets up to 85 °C, it requires a minimum operating flow rate of 4 L/min, a 10 °C hot-to-mix temperature differential to ensure full thermal shut-off, and installation with dedicated, fully open isolating valves on both inlet lines in accordance with Water Supply Regulations 1999.

Aquastrom TV Thermostatic Regulating Valve

The Oventrop Aquastrom TV thermal circulation valve (DN 15 to DN 20) is engineered for automatic hydronic balancing and temperature-controlled volume regulation in potable water circulation pipes in accordance with DVGW Code of Practice W 551/W 553. Constructed from lead-free brass with EPDM O-rings, it automatically increases hot water flow below the set temperature, maintains a fixed residual volume flow, and supports thermal disinfection cycles, with provisions to limit, shut off, or lead-seal temperature setpoints and flow rates via reproducible presetting. Capable of handling operating temperatures from 0 °C to 90 °C at pressures up to 16 bar, it is available with EN 10226 internal or EN ISO 228 external threads and can be equipped with drain valves, thermometers, retrofittable BMS temperature sensors, and GEG-compliant EPP insulation shells.
