SUPPLY AIR GRILL

Linear Bar Grille

The LB-A linear bar grille features a fixed-blade design that provides efficient supply air distribution with an approximate 65% free area. Manufactured from a 1.2 mm extruded aluminum frame and 25.06 mm extruded aluminum blades finished in standard baked white powder coating, it can be ordered in continuous lengths up to 3000 mm per single module. It is versatile across various mounting setups, offering fixed, openable hinge, removable, and ceiling-only put-on types, and can be easily configured with an optional opposed blade damper (SS1) or plenum box (PB).

Linear Bar Type Floor Grille

The FLB-A linear bar type floor grille is engineered specifically for floor installations requiring effective air diffusion with narrow bar spacing and a 0° blade deflection. It features an extruded aluminum heavy-duty pressed core construction reinforced with support bars, framed in 1.2 mm aluminum extrusion and 25.06 mm blades coated in baked white or black powder coat. While not rated for mechanical equipment loads like forklifts, it provides around 40% estimated free area in standard neck sizes up to 600 x 600 mm and pairs with opposed blade dampers or plenum boxes for fine volume tuning.

Single Deflection Air Grille

The SD-A/SD-G single deflection grille is built with a single row of adjustable blades, delivering up to 83% free area when fully opened for versatile directional air spread. Available in 1.0 mm extruded aluminum (SD-A) or galvanized steel (SD-G) with an oven-baked white powder-coated finish, it incorporates reinforced sections for blade lengths exceeding 500 mm. The unit supports fixed, openable hinge, removable, or put-on ceiling configurations and can be fitted with opposed blade, radial fan blade, or butterfly dampers to handle custom air-balancing demands.

Double Deflection Air Grille

The DD-A/DD-G double deflection air grille utilizes two sets of independently adjustable front and rear louvers to allow comprehensive control over both horizontal and vertical airflow spread, achieving roughly 70% free area when fully open. Constructed using an extruded aluminum frame with 1.2 mm blades (DD-A) or galvanized steel (DD-G) in an oven-baked white powder-coated finish, it comes divided into multiple sections for blade lengths longer than 500 mm. Available in fixed, openable hinge, removable, and put-on variants, it integrates with opposed blade dampers, butterfly dampers, or radial fan dampers to meet exact duct balancing specifications.
