Butterfly Valve List

Butterfly Valve Lug Type
The FPBG-300L is a full-lug butterfly valve designed to allow dead-end service and downstream pipe dismantling in fire systems rated up to 300 psi. It features an epoxy-coated ductile iron body, an EPDM-encapsulated disc, high-strength SS410 stem shafts, and an integrated weather-resistant signal gearbox with factory-installed supervisory switches. Certified by cULus and FM across sizes 2" (DN50) to 12" (DN300), its tapped lugs mate to ANSI Class 150 and BS/EN PN16 bolt circles.

Buttefly Valve Grooved Ends
The FPBG-300G is a grooved-end fire protection butterfly valve engineered to comply with FM 1112 and UL 1091 at 300 psi working pressure (tested to 600 psi). It features an ASTM A536 ductile iron body with RAL 3002 epoxy coating, an EPDM-encapsulated disc, dual SS410 shafts, and an integral slow-close supervisory gearbox with dual microswitches. Available in sizes 2" (DN50) through 12" (DN300) to fit standard AWWA and BS grooved pipe dimensions, it delivers low pressure drop and bubble-tight shutoff.

Butterfly Valve Wafer Type
The FPBG-300W is a wafer-style fire protection butterfly valve conforming to MSS SP-67 and BS EN 593, rated for 300 psi cold water working pressure. Built with an ASTM A536 ductile iron body and an EPDM-encapsulated ductile iron disc rotating on SS410 shafts, it incorporates a built-in supervisory signal gearbox complete with double internal tamper switches and a visual indicator. Carrying cULus Listing and FM Approval in sizes from 2" (DN50) to 12" (DN300), it mounts between Class 150 and PN16 flanges for indoor or outdoor isolation.

BS Butterfly Valve (Wafer Type, 300 PSI)
The 1353 is a wafer-style fire protection butterfly valve complying with EN 593, BS 5155, and MSS SP-67 specifications. Rated for 300 psi, it incorporates an EN-JS1050 ductile iron body, a stainless steel shaft, an EPDM- or NBR-encapsulated disc, and a manual gearbox fitted with two internal CE-approved monitoring switches. Sized from 2" (DN50) to 12" (DN300), it bolts between BS EN 1092-2 PN16 and ANSI B16.1 Class 125 pipe flanges.
