NRS Gate Valve

NRS Gate Valve, Mechanical Joint Ends

The 3288-365-MJ is an NRS resilient seated gate valve equipped with AWWA C111/A21.11 mechanical joint ends for underground fire line burial. Operating up to 365 psi, it features an ASTM A536 ductile iron body, RAL 3002 epoxy protection, an AISI 304 stainless steel stem, an EPDM resilient disc, and a 2" operating wrench nut fitted over an indicator post base plate. Certified by cULus and FM in nominal sizes 3" (DN80) through 12" (DN300), it provides zero-leakage shutoff in municipal and industrial firewater loops.

NRS Gate Valve, Flanged Ends

The 3288-365-FLA is a non-rising stem (NRS) resilient seated gate valve designed for fire protection installations, particularly when paired with post indicators. Constructed from ASTM A536 ductile iron with an internal and external RAL 3002 epoxy coating, it features an AISI 304 stainless steel stem, an EPDM-coated wedge, an integrated indicator post mounting plate, and a standard 2" (50 mm) operating nut. It is rated for 365 psi, conforms to AWWA C515 and BS 5163, and carries UL Listing and FM Approval across sizes from 2" (DN50) to 12" (DN300).

Large NRS Gate Valve (Flanged Ends)

The 3288-L series comprises large-diameter non-rising stem gate valves designed for underground or pit fire lines, rated at 250 psi (DN350–DN450) and 200 psi (DN500–DN600). Each valve conforms to AWWA C515, featuring a heavy-duty ASTM A536 ductile iron construction, RAL 3002 epoxy coating, an AISI 431 stainless steel stem, an EPDM-coated wedge, a post plate, and a 2" operating nut. Holding cULus, FM, and NSF listings, it pairs with large-diameter indicator posts for yard main installations.
