Shut-off Pipeline Valve

AUTO AIRVENT
Airvents for temperatures between 0 °C and 110 °C, PN 10, for a reliable elimination of air which is generated during heating up periods of the heating system. The airvents prevent corrosion, airlocks in radiators and resulting flow noises and dry running of the pump.

OPTIBAL BRASS BALL VALVE
Optibal Brass Ball Valves are full-flow isolation valves designed for industrial, commercial, and domestic applications. Suitable for various fluids including water, heating and hydraulic oils, diesel oil, mineral oil, and air, depending on the model. With a PN 16 rating for water temperatures up to 100°C, the valve provides quick and reliable shutoff through a simple 90° lever or handle operation. The handle position clearly indicates the ball position for easy visual identification.

MICRO BALL VALVE
The Oventrop stainless steel micro ball valve is designed for fluid isolation in closed-circuit heating, cooling, plumbing, and industrial systems, operating via a 90° lever shut-off that can be installed in any orientation. Available in sizes from DN 6 to DN 25, it handles non-aggressive fluids such as water and glycol mixtures at temperatures ranging from -10 °C to 95 °C and pressures up to 16 bar (PN 16), compliant with GB/T 7307 thread standards and GB/T 13927 Class A sealing leakage requirements.

DUAL-INTERLOCK BALL VALVE
The Oventrop stainless steel dual-interlock ball valve is a self-locking fluid connector engineered with two separate interlock features to eliminate spills and ensure maximum safety by preventing opening until halves are mated and disconnection until both are closed. Designed for shut-off and quick connect/disconnect with 100% full flow, it is widely utilized in data center liquid cooling, mobile battery cooling, thermal management, and industrial fluid transport. Available in DN 25 size with customizable BSPP threaded or ISO 2852 clamped connections, it handles deionized water and propylene glycol fluids at temperatures from 0 °C to 95 °C, featuring a 10 bar operating pressure, minimum 24 bar burst pressure, a Kvs value of 32.1, at least 200 connection cycles, and Class A sealing leakage compliance under GB/T 13927.

BUTTERFLY VALVE
Oventrop Butterfly Valves are compact isolation valves designed for hot water heating, cooling, and industrial systems with closed circuits. Their centrally mounted flap provides low pressure loss and reliable flow, while the liner ensures secure sealing of the stem and flanges without additional counter-flange seals. Featuring quick quarter-turn operation, a snap-in lever, extended stem, and flexible installation in any position, they are available from DN 50 to DN 600 with PN 16 pressure rating and operating temperatures from -10°C to 120°C.

DOUBLE DISC WAFER CHECK VALVE
The Oventrop double disc wafer check valve is designed for long-distance pipelines to automatically permit forward flow and prevent backflow across water, steam, mineral oil, and non-corrosive media. Featuring a compact, low-resistance build with an exquisite appearance for easy installation, it spans sizes from DN 40 to DN 600 and operates at pressures up to 16 bar (PN 16). The valve offers two seat material configurations to suit different operating parameters: an EPDM seat rated for -10 °C to 95 °C with water or water/ethylene glycol mixtures (up to 50%), and an NBR seat rated for -10 °C to 80 °C with water or mineral oil.

SILENT CHECK VALVE
The Oventrop flanged silent check valve is installed at pump water outlets to maintain one-way flow and rapidly shut off before backflow occurs, eliminating water hammer, reducing destructive impact, and operating quietly to safeguard equipment across HVAC, water supply, and drainage systems. Characterized by a space-saving compact structure, fast response, and reliable sealing performance, it is available in sizes from DN 50 to DN 600 with GB/T 17241.6 flanged connections. The valve is rated for operating pressures up to 16 and 25 bar (PN 16 & 25) and temperatures from -10 °C to 95 °C, making it suitable for water and water-glycol mixtures containing up to 50% glycol.

CHECK VALVE
Oventrop Check Valves are designed for long-distance pipelines carrying water, steam, oil, and other non-corrosive media. They automatically open and close to regulate fluid flow and prevent backflow, providing reliable pipeline protection. With a compact, low-resistance design, they offer easy installation and efficient operation.

FLANGED GATE VALVE
The Oventrop flanged gate valve is a manually operated, non-rising stem valve engineered for installation in the supply and return lines of closed-circuit central heating and cooling systems. Designed for non-aggressive fluids such as water and water-glycol mixtures compliant with VDI 2035 / ÖNORM 5195, it covers a size range from DN 50 to DN 600. It supports operating temperatures from -10 °C to 120 °C at a maximum pressure of 16 bar (PN 16), with face-to-face dimensions conforming to EN 558 Series 3 and flanged ends according to EN 1092-2 PN16.

BRASS GATE VALVE
The Oventrop brass gate valve is designed for reliable shut-off isolation in plumbing, industrial plants, and closed-circuit central heating and cooling systems. Featuring a non-rising stem for a compact height and a durable handwheel for easy operation, it can be installed in any orientation across a size range of DN 15 to DN 50. It handles non-aggressive fluids such as water and glycol mixtures at temperatures from -10 °C to 95 °C and pressures up to 16 bar (PN 16), meeting GB/T 7307 and GB/T 7306.1 thread specifications alongside GB/T 13927 Class D sealing leakage test standards.

THREADED BRONZE GATE VALVE
The threaded bronze gate valve (sizes DN 15 to DN 50) is designed for installation in the supply or return lines of heating, cooling, and WRAS-approved potable water systems, while also accommodating water, oil, and gas media. Built with EN 12288 standard threads, it features a durable CC491K (Rg5) bronze body, bonnet, and disc, paired with CW602N/CW614N brass internals, PTFE packing, and an aluminum handwheel. It reliably operates at temperatures from -10 °C to 170 °C and supports maximum working pressures up to 20 bar (PN 20).

WYE-STRAINER
Oventrop Wye Strainers are designed to filter rust, sand, and solid impurities from water and water-glycol mixtures in heating, cooling, and industrial systems. Suitable for horizontal or vertical installation, they help protect pipeline equipment from wear, blockage, and contamination. Available with 600 μm or 250 μm mesh sizes, the removable screw-on cover allows for easy cleaning and screen replacement. Their compact design requires minimal installation space and ensures simple maintenance.
