Wye-Strainer List

The YS-300-FG features a hybrid flanged-inlet and grooved-outlet ductile iron body rated for 300 psi fire service. Protected by internal and external RAL 3002 epoxy, it houses a heavy-gauge AISI 304 stainless steel screen and a bolted access cover with an integrated blow-off plug. UL Listed in sizes from 2" (DN50) to 12" (DN300), it allows direct transitions between flanged pump room headers and grooved distribution piping.

The YS-300-FF is a flanged Y-type strainer designed to protect downstream fire system valves and sprinklers from foreign particulates at working pressures up to 300 psi. Built from ASTM A536 ductile iron coated in RAL 3002 epoxy, it incorporates a bolted cover with a carbon steel cleanout plug and a durable AISI 304 stainless steel perforated screen with a fully spot-welded seam. Available in sizes 2" (DN50) through 12" (DN300) with UL and FM approvals, it provides minimal pressure loss across high flow velocities.

The YS-300-GG is a fully grooved Y-strainer designed for fast mechanical installation in 300 psi fire protection lines. Manufactured from ASTM A536 ductile iron with RAL 3002 epoxy coating, it features an easily removable AISI 304 stainless steel screen, an EPDM cover gasket, and a threaded blow-off plug for maintenance drainage. Sized from 2" (DN50) to 12" (DN300) with cULus Listing, it provides particulate protection with low hydraulic head loss.
