Check Valves List

Swing Check Valve Grooved Ends
The 5201-365-GG is a grooved-end swing check valve designed to prevent reverse flow across fire sprinkler risers, fire department connections, and pump discharges. It utilizes an ASTM A536 ductile iron body coated in RAL 3002 epoxy, an ASTM B62 bronze seat ring, an AISI 304 shaft, and an EPDM-faced clapper. Certified by cULus and FM for 365 psi working pressure in sizes from 2" (DN50) to 12" (DN300), its compact grooved profile enables quick, space-efficient installation.

Double Door Check Valve Wafer Type
The 5301-300-W is a dual-plate, spring-loaded wafer check valve conforming to API 594 for fire protection service up to 300 psi. It combines an ASTM A536 ductile iron body coated in RAL 3002 epoxy with stainless steel A351 CF8 disc doors, an AISI 304 torsion spring, and an integrated EPDM seat ring to eliminate water hammer and slam. Sized from 2" (DN50) to 12" (DN300) with cULus and FM approvals, it clamps between ANSI Class 125/150, EN1092-2 PN16, or BS10 flanges.

Swing Check Valve Resilient Seated Flanged Ends
The 5201-365-FLA is a flanged, non-slam swing check valve designed in accordance with AWWA C508 to ensure an unobstructed, full-flow waterway in fire networks. Rated for 365 psi working pressure, it is built with an ASTM A536 ductile iron body, a bronze ASTM C83600 seat, an AISI 304 stainless steel hinge shaft, and an EPDM-faced ductile iron clapper coated in RAL 3002 epoxy. Certified by cULus and FM in sizes from 2" (DN50) to 12" (DN300), it provides reliable backflow prevention for fire pump discharges and riser assemblies.
