Variable Air Volume

Designed for precise multi-zone climate control, our Variable Air Volume (VAV) terminal units optimize energy efficiency by modulating airflow to match varying heating and cooling demands across individual spaces. Each unit is constructed with a robust 0.7 mm galvanized steel body, internally lined with black matt tissue and 25 mm thick, 32 kg/m³ density fiberglass insulation for superior thermal and acoustic performance. Airflow regulation is driven by an automated VAV controller and actuator assembly paired with a 1.0 mm galvanized steel damper blade featuring a tight-sealing rubber gasket. Equipped with an aluminum tube differential sensor wired to measure inlet and space conditions (pressure, temperature, and humidity), these units support both Variable Air Volume (VAV) and Constant Air Volume (CAV) pressure-independent control. Available in standard inlet sizes from 100 mm to 400 mm (with custom sizes on request), they deliver dependable, low-noise air distribution tailored to commercial and institutional HVAC systems.
